Well, this is awkward...hahaI arrived in Popayán to meet one person, and as a result I met her entire beautiful Colombian family instead. As a result, her family took me to "Pikando Restaurante".In the spirit of full disclosure, the person I was meeting was the niece of the restaurant owner. But in no way should you discount this review based on this information. I am an honest person, and if this place was ****, I would say so!!! It is NOT!!I cannot fault Pikando Restaurante!! For the purpose of full disclosure, the person I met was the niece of the restaurant owner. But in no way should you review this based on this information.
