Arrived 2am (with negative time on my clock) looking for my reserved space but as I feared not a single spot was open anywhere. Spoke with the manager and he let me park off to the side in the cut. Rad for me as I couldn't barely even keep myeyes open any longer. Store was clean. Showers were hot. And there was even fresh pizza and hot sandwiches. Too bad thesefreeloaders stealing paid spots at the expense of other drivers. I would have rather seen that spot thief found and kicked orbooted but at least I got to park and sleep
Nice and quiet stop. I will say that I had an nice experience with the evening crew. They took care of a situation I had with no problem. Didn?t get her name but she seriously stepped up and took care of my medical issue. Thanks. They need a microwavethough. The gentleman who I will assume was a manager said somebody had fried it. Probably stuck something metal or aluminum init. That?s not good drivers! Somebody ruined it for many other people who are in need of the micro. Drive safe!
It's a little insane how frequently the coolers for drinks aren't working. The past two times, they never put signage out stating they were down. This is now the third time, and at least there is signs. It's been a pretty common occurrence the pastthree months. I see one other review has also mentioned this same issue. Edit: 6 days have gone since this review, and thecoolers are still down. Unsure how rare of a part they're waiting for.
For truckers. Not a good truck stop. Never have the fuel lanes working. Hit and miss on when they have food ready and if you ask for anything its gonna be 10min. This is a daily occurrence. I stop here daily i recommend you dont. If you need parking goodluck. Go down the road a little further to the loves in lake wales
