Jay and his staff are by far the most friendly and professional bunch that I’ve run into as an OTR driver! Jay jumps right in helping at each station as opposed to “overseeing” at each station! This man wipes down counters and truly “inspects what he expects”. I’m not just any ol’ trucker, I’m a 19 year retail veteran and Customer Service is extremely important for me! Not only was the store presentation clean and amazing, but for the first time—I saw a different level of care underneath the chilled creamer machines! Normally, it’s so filthy (at almost EVERY single Pilot) that I refuse to put my cup down. Oh no, not here, this was quite impressive to see! Thank you so much Jay and Team
Would give 5 stars however there is a guy working second shift here Nick, who is by far the rudest person. I came in and didnt have my ID and he proceeds to say no ID no cigarettes, and cuts me off with why don 't you just go back to the streets, cause I can only wish I could work here. I 've been customer at this store for 30+ years not to mention I worked here for 7.5 years and pilot has never accepted this type of attitude from employees
Well I feel very disconcerted in all my years of truck driving I never thought it could happen that I went to the bathroom and came back. They emptied my fuel tanks. Something unusual as I said but it is real, I arrive here with more than 40% of the fuel and after going to bed the alarm starts that there is no fuel left. Check and the tanks really feel empty.
Standard Pilot gas station and store. Has an attached Subway and sells hot food like chicken wings, pizza etc. Good bathrooms and has separate big truck gas facilities. Not so good entrance so you have to be careful not to turn by Burger King accidentally as there is no entrance from BK. Book a table now
Fraud alert! Be aware a Pilot associate is accessing debit/credit card info from Pilot membership cards and trying to take money. My bank stopped the transaction, but check your accounts just to be sure.
To the person here whom has stolen $250 a day for 3 days, you've been reported for credit card fraud. Try getting a job and earning your money
Park wherever you want, especially reserved parking. They won't do a single thing about it.
