My experience has always been that you can not be all things to clienteles andexpect a good outcome. This place is nice. It seems like they are not just focused on one type of nationality for food. They they have plenty to choose from. I was greated right away. Staff is nice and of course bilingual. I ordered to go everything that I said I wanted was done exactly how I said it. The food was good I would try other stuff from here in the future I recommend this spot.

I have ordered two times last minute catering trays from here,Literally 2 hours before my event. The food was not only ready fast but tasted fresh and delicious!!! And the people who answer the phone have always been more than nice and friendly!! Loveit!! The rice con gandules and pernil are ????

I drove by and was brought in by the outside dining and friendly atmosphere. I really liked this place, the food was delicious. I enjoyed the Lomo Salteado Colombiano??. The grilled chicken was also pretty good ??. The music and friendly waiters made the experience memorable. Loved it !!
The customer service I received at Pimento was very pleasant. The food was very tasty and not greasy or salty like other places it was just right. I went 2 days in a row and both times I had a great experience. First day I dined in and 2nd day I ordered curbside.
This is truly one of the best Latin restaurants in Middletown! It has become our go-to spot. The portions were generous and the prices were excellent! We enjoyed all of this along with two drinks for only $42.
Service is always great when I dine in. Food is delicious and they always listen to how you like your food prepared. This order was the Chicken Torta! Delicious with mojito sauce.

I ordered the Mar y Tierra mofongo with garlic sauce, and it was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend it. The portion was generous, easily enough for two smaller meals.
