At first this place was pretty good but after awhile going back so many time you start to see the reality of a fast food restaurant, not consistent on food prep tomatoes good then bad, onions the same way. And the staff likes to handle their cell phones while prepping food,cell phone surface has more germs than a toilet seat. The chicken kabobs have a good taste but sometimes can be like rubber. Won't go back after seeing the cell phone touching while making other people's food! Eww
I wish they listed their Lombard location as closed on their website. We were unpleasantly surprised to see that they're renovating and will partner up with a different company some time in the future. I know the pandemic has thrown everything in disarray, but this is a standard and simple thing to do for your customers. Fortunately there's other descent options in the same strip-mall complex.
We made an order ahead of time for 10 people expecting there to be a decent amount of food. When we got home, there was only enough for 2 people. It was a disaster, paying $170 for no food, which led us to have to go to a different restaurant so we would not leave our guests hungry. I do not recommend coming here and this is the last time.
The chicken shawarma was quite disappointing. It didn't resemble the appetizing photos I've seen. Instead, it was overly red and excessively greasy. Despite the grease, it tasted dry, leading me to believe that I was given chicken that had been sitting out for a while. On a positive note, the rest of the food was enjoyable. Book a table now
This restaurant is my favored. I visit plenty of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The team is very friendly and the cuisine they cook is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a good meal in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.
The Mediterranean food and atmosphere at this restaurant are outstanding. The service remains excellent, even when the place is packed. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable.
Pinched has the best chicken shawarma I have ever had. I love the super spicy red sauce and cabbage here as well. You can tell the ingredients used are all very high quality.

We had the pita sandwich and it was very good. Very impressed with the food. If you like mediterranean you should try it!
