What dry rotten vile Chinese food from this Chinese Had a delivery with a plater and some items was missing. But was all dry and burnt. Cost a lot of money to have a nice Chinese which we didn’t Get and when we phoned to complain they was so rude all we could here was a women shouting in the background so clearly they didn’t wana solve this issue but want to take your money. Very rude abrupt staff and management. Food was absolutely disgusting and so dry. They never solved this or replaced items just left it and said there’s nothing they can do and they can’t give no refund. So won’t be ordering from this manky old rotten dry Chinese again. Food tasted like it was from last night, over cooked or cold! Crackers are stale Any of the meat was dripping with Grease and rock hard. Only thing we could eat after spending £70 was the egg fried rice. After calling to complain, was offered 10 for the next order but I shall not be ordering from there again. I have been using Pinh on for a long time, but tonight I found a hair in my soup. It was disgusting. I am giving two stars only because they replaced the soup with two new ones for us. However, this experience has made me not want to order from here again.
