We had some understanding for the lack of selection of dishes, as it was the last day before Christmas and many ingredients were missing, but this was never communicated. 0 An important and essential part of every catering business is customer service. It doesn't matter how beautiful the decoration is or how good the food tastes if the service is bad. If the customer is dissatisfied with the service provided, then there is a good chance that this customer will not come back. Customer service is much more than the day-to-day work of the staff. I have never experienced such poor customer behavior in my entire gastronomic career! Nonetheless, happy new year!
If I could give zero stars I would. They couldn't offer half of the card because there were either problems with delivery or they couldn't offer it today. The cutlery was dirty.
