This was the worst hotel brunch in terms of selections. The service was great and the restaurant was cute. My 8 year old agreed. Best thing was the aqua fresca for me. Only seafood offered was the dried baked salmon. Eggs were to ordered and it was decent. Avocado toast was whipped and had no chunks in it. All in all, it was a disappointment to our entire party of 4. I would eat elsewhere for the price point. Maybe the breakfast a la carte menu or dinner is better? I would certainly stay at the hotel again but never do brunch here. We had a much better experience eating and drinking by the pool great drinks and food offerings!
The roasted mushrooms tasted great and special but the pumpkin could be cooked longer for a softer texture. The charred octopus tasted delicious; the octopus was very tender and highly recommended to give it a try.The restaurant interior was clean in general. The server was very polite and friendly; he has done a very good job to make the dinner enjoyable.Parking: There is a public parking lot across the stress. $5 for a whole day.
I really enjoyed the Brioche French Toast topped with blueberry compote and Grand Marnier whipped cream. My husband had the Piper Breakfast Sandwich, which came with new potatoes. Our server, Angelica, was very attentive. We look forward to coming back to try dinner. As for parking, they offer free valet with validation.

I had dinner for two nights in the roll. The burger was surprisingly good with a crunchy cheese texture and balance taste. The lobster was very tasty and balanced. The Sinaloa chicken was very dry- I would not recommend.
We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast during our stay at Seabird. While the menu is somewhat limited, the service is outstanding! I really appreciate the decor; it gives me the feeling of being in a modern museum.
We were staying at the Seabird and visited Piper for our last dinner of our honeymoon stay and it was wonderful! Our server was very nice and thorough and also brought us a surprise dessert to celebrate!
Michele was our server for breakfast during our stay at the hotel. She was incredibly friendly and attentive with our orders. The food was a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend this place!
