Authentic Southern BBQ. This place was amazing. Being from Seattle, WA, we were looking for some authentic Southern BBQ. and that's exactly what we found. we had asked a lady at the car rental counter and she didn't hesitate to recommend this place. When we first got to Pit Boss it looked small from the outside probably because of all the people inside waiting to get their food. There is plenty of menu item to choose from, and after speaking to some locals we decided on a full rack of spare ribs and some chicken wings. Pit Boss BBQ can be found at 856 Virginia Ave, Hapeville, GA 30354 on the back of a liqueur. Parking is primarily on the streets next door or you can get luck and find space on the lot (probably during lunch or dinner times). This traditional BBQ pit is a cornerstone for Delta Airlines employees and a great place to stop what we did after visiting the nearby Arches Brewing. A group of us visited one of Michelle T's great BeerYEs at Arches and there is nothing to help along a beer buzzer as a traditional BBQ.
Great food, great options on the menu, and super friendly staff! I recommend the bbq chicken and the peach calf, but my father in the law says Brisket all the way!
