Update: I'm back in town and took my sister out for lunch, where we were fortunate to be served by Vivienne. The service was outstanding! We enjoyed the chicken shawarma, cilantro beans, and new potatoes, and even ordered some to take home. That was on a Wednesday. Then, the following Monday, our cousin ordered takeout for us, which included four shawarmas, a couple of sides, three large tzatzikis, and six extra pitas. Unfortunately, there was no tahini on any of the shawarmas—just one tzatziki to share, along with the sides and the extra pitas. Tahini is essential for shawarma, and having ten pitas with only one tzatziki wasn't very practical. My cousin reached out to the restaurant, and...

When the kids' meal arrived, it looked impressive, and I even snapped a picture to send to their dad. However, the turkey was just cold, cut-up meat, the broccoli was almost raw, and the rice lacked flavor—strangely, the fruit was oddly warm. As a result, my daughter ended up eating nothing but the fruit. As for my meal, it was poorly seasoned and overloaded with onions! I took a photo of what I brought home, but that doesn't reflect the large portion I had already eaten before taking the picture. My older daughter ordered the cheesesteak pita without onions, but instead, it came stuffed with a mound of peppers. She tried to pick them out, but ultimately found it unappetizing and left it un...

I ordered three takeout meals—two of which were massive wraps that came with a small side salad. The diners I spoke with said the wraps were delicious, and they even saved half for the next day. My meal was a gyro, which was a decent size but didn’t come with a salad or meal option, unless I overlooked it on the menu. I really enjoyed my gyro and would definitely order it again. The restaurant had a few patrons dining both indoors and outside, but there was a noteworthy backlog of takeout orders. The girl at the counter and register was impressively efficient, as was the kitchen staff. I ordered online, and my order was ready at exactly 6:10, just as indicated. There’s plenty of parking av...

This restaurant is conveniently located and offers delicious food. I highly recommend trying their hummus in various flavors and the falafel. The beans and rice dish is tasty, and the seasoned potatoes with hot sauce make a great side. I was disappointed to find that the black bean burger has dairy in it. The restaurant itself is spacious and situated off the 101 on Tatum, in a strip mall on the west side, with plenty of parking available. However, the bartender who took my carry-out order came across as a bit smug, which was not very pleasant. Despite the somewhat pretentious vibe, the food truly deserves your attention. Just focus on enjoying your meal and overlook the rest. Book a table now

I recently dined here with friends from Cleveland, Ohio, and I had a great experience. There’s plenty of parking available on-site. Our server, Tom, was professional, courteous, and friendly, ensuring all our dining needs were met. I ordered the Turkey Pesto Lavash Wrap, while my wife had the Spinach Pesto Lavash Pizza, and both were delicious. The service was excellent, and the food arrived in a timely manner. The atmosphere was pleasant, not too noisy at all. You can choose to dine indoors or on the outdoor patio. I highly recommend this place!

My friends and I were looking for a restaurant that offered a whole food, plant-based menu, and we were excited to find Pita Jungle! They recently launched an all-vegan gyro that was simply delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they source their meat alternatives from a local Arizona company, which perfectly captures the traditional flavors of a gyro. We will definitely be back for more!

The food was delightful, and we initially worried that the main course wouldn't be enough, but it turned out to be more than adequate. The flavors were excellent as well.

The restaurant was quite busy, which is a positive sign, but as a result, the service was a bit slow. Book a table now
