Used to be a favourite. Me and a friend used to come here for lunch every week. We used to love how fast and fresh it was, plus you got what you paid for in volume. However over the last several months things have gone downhill. We used to request cheddar and feta cheese (half and half) but were rudely told a few months back that we need to pay extra for this. Whilst we were a little disheartened we just picked the one type of cheese and moved on.
On two occassions following this I had found crunchy (like sand) consistency in my pita. On the first occassion I was put off and didnt return for several weeks, but then thought it just a one off and returned to find the same issue.

Great for that quick hit-&-run CBD lunch option that you sometimes need. The pitas are filled chock-full of a huge range of salad ingredients plus your choice of protein, and are super-tasty. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Daily specials are great value. Perfect for a healthy 'al desko' lunch... :-)

A surprise healthy fast food package. They fresh grill the food. I had a falafel and they were happy to grill onions and mushroom for me. The pita Roll is better than bread. The salad and topping options were quite good. Fast service professional food drink options good. All my five colleagues were quite impressed and we went again today. Decent sitting area outdoors.
I was given a voucher for any regular pita for $5 (normal price for what I got - falafel was $10.90.Staff were mostly happy and friendly. The pita (lebanese bread opened up) was filled with reasonable ingredients. I would pay maybe $8 but at $10.90 its a little pricey. This review is based on the $5 I paid.

Fresh, fast and the customer service is awesome. I work near here and am constantly popping in for a pita or a smoothie. I love that vegetables that usually require extra such as pineapple beetroot, avo etc is included in the starting price and not charged as an extra.
I am doing training at the near-by Christie Center and needed a quick lunch. A short walk down Adelaide Street and I found this nice takeout place. It reminds me of Chipotle except everything is stuffed in a pita instead of a tortilla.
Perfect for a quick, healthy and cheap lunch. Similar concept to Subway (but only a whole lot better then Subway), you can choose your meats, salads, cheeses and sauce. I really like the falafel patties on a wholemeal pita - yum!

For a quick, healthy meal delivered with a smile I recommend you head to the Pita Pit. Love this place..... I can always design the pita meal I want. Just awesome!
Friendly staff with great attitude. Good variety on the menu and have option to take away or dine in. Has gluten free pita bread which is a plus.
