I visited Pita Pit for the second consecutive day, and this was my first time at this specific location! After an amazing experience yesterday at the Hebron Way branch, today was equally impressive. Everything was perfect—service, food, and efficiency were all outstanding. I can’t believe I waited so long to try Pita Pit; I’ve really been missing out. I ordered the sweet heat rice bowl while my partner had the chicken bacon pita, and both were delicious! I’m genuinely obsessed and plan to return soon. It was worth every penny! I waited in line for 20 minutes during my lunch break while the employee served other customers and took care of online orders. I understand it’s not entirely her fault, but having just one staff member working during a weekend lunch rush reflects poorly on the owner's decision-making. It would have been nice to at least be acknowledged by the employee or given a heads-up that the wait would be long, instead of just being left standing there. This situation really left a negative impression on me. I visit this place often and have never had an experience like this before, even during busy lunch hours.
The music was excessively loud, making it difficult to place an order through a plastic barrier while both the customer and the cook were wearing masks. While the plastic and masks are necessary, the music is not. Several patrons expressed their frustration about not being able to hear, and the staff seemed to struggle as well. They had to repeat questions and clarify orders, creating an unnecessary inconvenience due to the excessive noise during these times. We'll definitely return, as the food has been fantastic over the past year, but we might consider bringing bullhorns!
The customer service is excellent every time I visit this restaurant. During my most recent visit on July 21, 2023, around 7 PM, a friendly short-statured employee provided professional service that truly stood out! I will definitely be coming back. It's hard to find great customer service these days, so keep up the great work! And the food is amazing, as usual. I tried the smoothie for the first time and finished the entire large one during my 7-minute drive home. It was so delicious! The mango smoothie with protein is absolutely fantastic!

Music way too loud for ordering through a plastic sheet while client and cook are wearing. The plastic and masks are essential but the music is not. Several clients could be heard complain about not being able to hear and the staff were straining to hearas well. Staff had to repeat questions and re-confirm orders. Unnecessary inconvenience because of unnecessary noise duringthese times. We will visit again as the food over the last year has been great but we are considering bullhorns.
I really enjoy this place. The food is excellent, and the variety of wraps is quite impressive, with plenty of healthy choices. However, it is quite pricey; I sometimes find it hard to grasp how a single wrap can cost so much. That said, I realize that healthier options typically come with a higher price tag. I do recommend it, but there are definitely better value options available.
The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. I had the chicken club and absolutely adored it. I won't order it anywhere else!
