Ordered on door dash, missing assorted baklava and falafel bowl. Contacted restaurant 8/28 states manager Mike would be in restaurant in the morning would leave note for him regarding this issue. Was also told by employee to stop by as my name would be written down for a free falafel bowl plus my missed food items. I went to the Hoffman location yesterday 7/31/21. I will start off by saying that the food is wonderful and the guys in the back are the best! Unfortunately, the lady taking the orders had an attitude. She was arguing with numerous people about their orders. This is not good for your business. She had the audacity to come to my table and argue with me and pointing her fingers at me. She then continued to do so as she was taking another order. Worst place, they are cleaning for closing while people are still eating, also the person in front messed up the order, never took whole order, we have been waiting then only half order was served. We had to re order again and wait! Lombard has better service and even the food is tastier
1st at things this is not Mediterranean food place! This is Middle east food place! Don’t get misled by the name. 2nd food is ok. Fast food. Kebabs and Shawarma. 3rd the Arabic lady behind is awful and the owner should remove her from the cashier. 0 customer service.

Very clean, very friendly! I ordered the chicken shawarma which came with rice, salad, and a pita. Not only was the food was delicious but generous in portion as well!
I love this place. Their hummus is out of this world. The food is fresh and comes out in a timely manner. They serve some yummy unsweetened teas too.
Wasn't given the right suggestion by the staff for the food, it's ingredients and what will be the part of the plate.
