There were 4 of us and we waited over an hour to get our food! We had reservation at 6:30pm but didn't get seated until around 6:45pm. We ordered right away and food didn't come out until 7:45pm! There was no apology and the food tasted just ok. We won't be back.
Waiter forgot to order one entre, so it arrived after rest of party had finished their meals. Offers half off and no apology from management. Other three people felt had lots of food but marginal quality. Not on our list for a return visit.
Always enjoy the food, wine and wait for the staff in Pitrelli. One of the best in the area.
It's been here for many years. Have enjoyed some friends with us. Desserts were great!
