Pittsburgh Blue Maple Grove

My dining experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We were seated and greeted by our server, Rick, but he never came back to take our order after over 15 minutes. Despite serving other tables that came in after us, he neglected to attend to us. Feeling neglected, my wife and I decided to leave. When we asked to speak to the manager on our way out, we received a half-hearted apology after nearly 30 minutes of waiting. The manager offered us a seat at the bar, but we felt disrespected and unappreciated. Three in our party for dinner with a birthday being celebrated. Noise level unacceptably high with one booth with extremely noisy children. I asked the waiter to quiet them but he failed to do so. One order of prime rib that was fat and gristle and two orders of walleye that the diners who ordered them said they were excellent. Food is overpriced and the atmosphere is terrible

Friendly service, terrific tasting filet and loaded mashed potatoes. Very clean and tables spaced out to keep social distances. Servers were very attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. Celebrated our anniversary and had a great memorable dinner. Although pricey, if your looking for a great meal, Pittsburgh Blue is the place to go

Medium rare steaks were cooked medium well. Side dish potatoes were good. Decent service. Guy bussing table kept coming over to table hovering over us. Kept asking to take plates and eventually started taking plates and sides while people still eating.

Our server forgot it was my birthday despite asking what the occasion was. He gave 2 other tables a happy birthday dessert but not me. Really bummed me out
