I placed an order through Lieferando and was unable to pick it up due to a family emergency. When I ordered again, I was called directly and immediately told more bad than right what this was about. My apology and attempt to explain were ignored and I hung up straight away. Then after a few minutes, Liferando contacted me via email saying that my order had been canceled and that Pizza55 could not be reached by phone or in writing for a comment. It seems to me that I have now fallen into disgrace and am probably indirectly banned from the house.
We had ordered schnitzel with fries...as we were already eating I discovered something on one of the fries that looked like a small fried spider, which was very disgusting. I've lost my appetite! I called and explained the matter and they simply dismissed it as stressing out a lot of orders and simply hung up! That's not how you treat customers, what's the point??? We don't order there anymore
The pizza was once again super tasty. She even arrived steaming. The toppings were plentiful and the dough was delicious and not soggy. The delivery person was also very friendly. The delivery took 1 hour, which is understandable for a Saturday evening. Nevertheless, our pizzas arrived on time after an hour : Always my pleasure ! My tip: Margherita with Gouda or the Bolognese pizza!
Fantastic service. First, the order is accepted, and you wait. After an hour, you simply receive an email with a cancellation. Never again.
