The food at this restaurant was good, but the service from the staff was lacking. It seemed like they were understaffed, as tables were left untidy for 30-40 minutes with items still on them and our food was not taken away promptly. The staff did not check in on us or ask how we were doing, and there was no sense of urgency to make the space welcoming for customers. They initially missed my child's order and did not realize that chips came with the child's pizza, even after speaking to three different people. Additionally, we were not given a children's menu and were unsure if they even had one. There was also no dessert menu available.
Firstly food was nice. But poor staff service Seemed understaffed. Untidy space, tables left for mins with items left on it. Didnât take our food away, didnât ask how we were etc. it wasnât busy when we went but didnât seem any urgency to please customers not make the space welcoming. Initially missed my childâs order , and wasnât aware even though I spoke to people that chips came with the childâs pizza. Also no childrens menu was given, unsure if they have one. No dessert menu either.
To start, we were seated at a table that was wet, sticky, and covered in food residue. We ordered our food and drinks at the bar. The lemonade we ordered was flat, but we decided not to send it back. Unfortunately, it took 120 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was missing an item we had ordered. We had to go to the bar to get a refund for the missing item. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
The pizza was very nice so was the shoe string fries. Had a problem with a soft drink that just tasted of carbonated water, which they sorted out. But overall very happy and would consider going back.
