Arrived with 5 people! On the first day, 3 complained and the staff was made aware of it with confirmation that it would be taken care of and it was passed on, the bed was sagging and there were noises with every movement! Window didn 't close properly, room faced the street! Noises were so loud, as if cars were driving through the room. The staff said every day of the 2 days of stay that it would be taken care of... On the 3rd day, the departure, the (boss) spoke to him, who only came with stupid excuses like, why did you only come on the departure day, complaining!
