I have been here multiple times. The pizzas are different and quite nice, not on the cheap side and are good for a change from Dominos or Eagle Boys.One incident stands out though. I was using an Entertainment Book voucher and it was incorrectly discounted. Being married to an accountant, I always check to make sure the discount is correct. The difference in price to what Pizza Capers calculated was about $1.20. True, it isn't a large amount, but its more about give me the discount I was entitled to. I argued with two different people including the manager about it and even had to show them the calculation since their computer system was incorrect. They relented and gave the proper discount....
no care. the webist has uploaded my card twice and my order has not received. they said they would investigate and if they found the transactions, they would cancel and I should get a refund in 3 days. no apologies or anything from this, very disappointed. terrible customer service in this store.
Consistent every time! Honestly, these guys are so good at making pizza, great customer service and you can tell they take pride in their work and business. Always delivered on time too. Not surprised at all the good reviews. Order off their website, easy as and you get 20% off.
