While waiting a long time for our food, the same girl approached our table to ask how I had ordered my sub—this was the third time she had asked. When the subs finally arrived, the combo was served hot, but my plain steak and cheese was ice cold and came without the requested salt, pepper, and oregano. To make matters worse, I found a small piece of bone and some gristle, which really detracted from my meal.
I also noticed that the prices for the subs had significantly increased, with all prices now being round numbers. It seems that making change has become too challenging for the staff. Given this experience, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere and will not be coming back to Pizz...
Outstanding service, incredible flavor, and a fantastic atmosphere—all deserving a perfect 10/10! Not only is this the only pizza spot in New London, but it's also the absolute best. You won't be disappointed with Pizza Chef in New London!
I’m a local I come here a couple of times per week. The staff couldn’t be nicer the food is consistently awesome. If you would like to experience heaven, order their chicken parm sub with grilled chicken. Oh. My. God. Just incredible.
Extremely overpriced for bland, undercooked dough with tasteless sauce and cheese for pizza. Vegetarian grinder had way too much lettuce and not enough of everything else. Ate there twice and dont recommend to anyone.
