Food was delicious! The wait for the food was super quick. The waiter called James was very polite and helpful, he informed us about the deals on the app as soon as we sat down and showed us how to activate the rewards on the app which knocked off over £20 off the bill, could not thank him enough! Will definitely be returning.
James was lovely to meet. We had an order mix up but he was very helpful and professional and fixed it straight away. He was lovely and friendly and also helped us get some free dough balls with the app! 4 stars for order error and lipstick on wine glass
The restaurant has a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Especially the waiter James who served us was very nice and attentive. And the chef Milan prepared us a delicious pizza that you just can't get anywhere. We were very satisfied with our visit.
We are regular visitors to Pizza Express and went tonight for my birthday treat. The food was delicious as always and cannot fault the customer service. James was so helpful and helped us with the app saving us a huge £30 off our total. 10/10. Book a table now
Had an amazing family meal at Pizza Express. Service was excellent especially James who made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We definitely recommend eating here it was faultless. We’ll be back!
