Daughters went mad to eat here. Chance would have been a fine thing…. We stood waiting to be seated. Sadly over five minutes had passed and no member of staff acknowledged us (they were not busy, only three tables with guests) dispite passing close by. Not even ‘we will be with you shortly’ our daughters were upset as really looking forward to it. But we decided with that as a first impression that we didn’t want to stay and experience anymore as it was rude. So we went to the Miller and Carter and had a fabulous experience both service and food. Please try harder next time to make your guests feel welcome and wanted.
We recently had lunch at this restaurant and were extremely impressed. The service provided by the young man (along with the young female chef) was outstanding. We tried the new N’Djuja dough balls which were flavorful and spicy, topped with melted cheese, and the king prawns with a refreshing salsa. For our main course, we chose the duo romana pizza where we each selected our own toppings. The thin pizza base was delicious. We ended our meal with the biscotti sundae and coffee. A big thank you to the young man for taking great care of us, he truly represents the company well.
We were very well looked after by Adam during our visit for lunch. We arrived at 1pm and the restaurant was very busy and looked a bit short-staffed. We were seated quickly and immediately told there might be a bit of a wait for food. However, the kitchen team were working like the clappers and we had our mains within 30 minutes. Despite being very busy, Adam and other staff I spoke to were very friendly and ensured we were well-looked after with drinks and made the most of the kids menu for my daughter. Thanks team, we really enjoyed our lunch and you are doing a great job.
I’m usually a fan of Pizza Express but this must be one of their quieter and dullest of outlets. One chef, one girl waiting tables and another shuffling around stocking the drinks fridge. Ordered a duel Romano pizza, one half pepperoni and the other with anchovies but got billed for a margarita with extra anchovies so it came to a total of £20.45. Seemed a bit expensive but couldn’t be bothered questioning it as I knew it’d be a waste of time. Will find somewhere else to go next time.

After having to leave a pre-booked table at Zizzi's next door due to poor service, we decided to try this restaurant. The staff were excellent, very helpful in ensuring our food arrived quickly as we had cinema tickets booked. The food was delicious, served piping hot and beautifully presented. We will definitely be returning.
The experience was awful. I will definitely not be returning. The pizza was overcooked and dry, with no flavor. I cannot understand how the general manager or assistant manager would allow such poor quality food to be served to customers. It felt like I wasted my money.
Nice friendly staff. Asked for deep pan pizza but base was as thin as it could possibly be. I checked and it was correct. So hence knocking a couple of points off. Was well laud out clean and swift service. So my only negative was the extremely thin pizza base.
Nice and big restaurant in a popular location. Very welcoming staff and fresh , tasty pizza and salads . It was our best choice during our stay in Telford. Of course we have gone to this chain restaurant in other cities and we have never been disappointed.

Called in after holiday clothes shopping. Amazing service, amazing food and restaurant was exceptionally clean, bright and airy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would visit again. Well done guys xx
The food hot, tasty and fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant with the added bonus of no backgrond music. The staff were very attentive . We will happily go again.
