Perfect atmosphere for our family reunion. It was Friday and Abi took care of us, she’s a fantastic person with a sense of humour We were personally taken care of, and after having a knee replacement recently I felt reassured to know that I could sit comfortably. Personally, I had the Beetroot Buddha bowl with vegan dough balls and it was all most enjoyable; infact to die for. We ALL thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service matched the food if not made the night. A trip to the circus on the common followed by pizza has become a family tradition ... marking the end of the summer hols and return to (and starting) school for my two little grandchildren. Our waitress Abi was smiley, polite and ever patient with the grandchildren, who were just beginning to tire after a long and exciting day ... thank you! And we all enjoyed our pizza, salad and nibbles ... the well-balanced children's menu is perfect for little ones ... some raw veggies and a humus dip to start, following by a small pizza and then... ta da .. a perfect little ice cream sundae!
Absolutely amazing service from our waitress Abby Moon. We had a small window of time following a drive from London to attend a family funeral and needed to have a good lunch before the service in Oare. Abby was attentive and helpful, reminding me to log in and use the benefits of my app. She greeted us with and warm smile and was incredibly helpful, even to the point of helping us find a florist for some last minute flowers. Amazing and very grateful for her service. A lovely Pizza Express and worth a visit if you are in the area.
The Introduction of a new 'classic pizza ', has improved the taste of their pizzas significantly, though still expensive for pizza, the double crust deals with the soggy taste that I have experienced with their smaller pizzas, and they seem to (in general) cook their crusts longer, but you can just ask for them to cook it well done. The romana and regular pizza offerings arent competitive with ask Italians offerings, but the Classic definetly does!

Amazing service at Pizza Express today. The gentleman who served our family was brilliant, friendly, welcoming, and couldn't do enough for us. Not only did he look after us, but he also made our dog welcome, too! He was so helpful with the menu making the Pizzas bespoke to taste. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you and we'll definitely visit again!
Just called in, no reservation. 19:20. A couple of tables occupied. One server supported ? by a disheveled kitchen hand seconded to waiting on tables I guess. People who came in after me served first. No drink offered. No idea of priorities. Give up, walk out. Pathetic excuse for a pizza joint. Never again. Management should get down here and fix it
We had a lovely meal today at pizza express! Our waitress was amazing and so attentive to my little girl. The food was good and it was nice and cool inside, so we were able to escape the heat! Thank you again, will be returning soon with Daphne our dachshund

Great location but poor service, ober an hour for pizza, then arrived undercooked and staff were very stretched. Won't visit this one again.
Service was excellent but the food is just average for the prize you pay.
