This is by far the worst location I’ve ever experienced, and I have no intention of returning. The one in Kingstowne is much better. From the moment I walked in, there was a noticeable attitude. When I inquired about cauliflower crust, the guy with the man bun responded with a rude "NO!" That was disappointing, but I let it go. The woman making my pizza ended up preparing a cheese pizza without any sauce and then tried to fix it by placing the sauce on top of the cheese. I understand that everyone has tough days, so I kept quiet about that. I visited the Woodbridge location on February 24, 2024, and noticed that the pickled onions had a "used by" date of February 18, 2024. When I asked an employee about this, he simply shrugged his shoulders. I inquired if there were any pickled onions available that were within a reasonable date, and he informed me that they would put out a fresh batch once the current supply was finished. I was shocked to learn they would knowingly serve products that were already past their expiration date. It's disappointing to see a lack of concern for the health and wellness of their customers. Additionally, the food I received did not taste good.
The reason I'm giving it a four-star rating instead of five is that, while there were about five employees present, only one was assisting customers at a time. Depending on how the service improves, I might reconsider my rating next time.
I have a suggestion for the manager or owner: I recommend displaying a menu with all the available toppings. This would be really helpful for both new and returning customers. While the digital screen idea is good, it can be a bit confusing. A physical menu would definitely improve the ordering experience.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Wow! On a whim, we decided to order some pizza, stumbled upon this spot, and opted for two custom pizzas along with their highly-rated "Gnarlic Knots." This was probably the best delivery pizza decision I've made in 2022. The variety of custom options for the pizzas, the incredibly fresh ingredients, and the stunning final product will not let you down. I definitely plan to dine in here sometime soon! Cheers!

I recently visited a new pizza place and was impressed by their delicious thin crust and high-quality mozzarella. The garlic knots were also really tasty. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, I would recommend that they make the crust a bit thicker, as it was so thin that it struggled to support even a chicken topping and kept falling apart. Despite this, I would definitely go back, hoping to see some improvements in the crust.
The decor feels like an IKEA explosion; it's quite overwhelming. There isn't much seating available, and the chairs are uncomfortable and dirty. The pizza was tasty, though my sister's was burnt. I might consider coming back for a takeout order, as it's not a very comfortable place to dine in. The noise from the fan and music made it difficult to hear the employees or even the person sitting next to me.
Terrible experience! The cashier provided zero customer service and was completely unhelpful. I ended up throwing the food away immediately. We absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. It was a waste of time, money, and energy.
I took my little cousin to try the restaurant for the first time, and she joked that their pizza might now be her favorite, even over Domino's! She really loves all the different topping options to pile on.
