I've been ordering my rump steak here for years because I'm totally happy with the degree of doneness and the taste. Today I ordered there again and the steak arrived completely dark and dead, it was extremely dry and tough. Of course I complained about the food and a new piece of meat was sent to me. The rump steak was delivered to me in an aluminum tray and I wonder if the chef knows that the meat continues to cook in aluminum. Unfortunately the meat arrived even worse than the first and was dark and tough.
