It's quite frustrating that their app lacks tracking or curbside check-in features. When I tried to check in using my email confirmation, the webpage was inaccessible on three different browsers! Additionally, this is the only pizza place I've encountered that adds a service fee for takeout. Why not just include that cost in the food prices? As for parking, there are no designated curbside spots available.
I had a frustrating experience with their service. I paid for delivery, but they informed me that no driver was available and recommended that I pick up my order instead. When I attempted to cancel my order, I did not receive a refund. I found this situation very disappointing!
We had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, and the manager was friendly and had great social skills. Our pizza was hot and delicious. Thank you for a lovely evening! Sincerely, two older ladies enjoying a Saturday night.

Pizza Hut is the only restaurant where my child with a dairy allergy can safely eat. They are very accommodating with our special requests, and I am consistently pleased with our orders.
