Ordered delivery 12:23pm. Expected delivery 1:18pm per order tracker. 1:56pm order tracking disappears so I call. Manager tells me delivery girl was late and was also late coming back from last delivery but she has to go to Scott Twn and should be back in 20 minutes then I’m next!!! Tracker disappeared because it took so long!!! Really, that isn’t a problem is it?? 2:24 pm received text my food is out for delivery (granted 2 hours later). 2:54pm I call again as I live less than 10 minutes away on a slow drive. Manager gets on and informed me driver went to Blakely instead of Archbald but she is on her way!! 3:04pm I get my cold disgusting pizza!!Now maybe it’s my fault for ordering pizza hut...
I went inside to ask about the delay and found out they had an order for someone named Michael (which isn’t me). The young employee managing the situation offered a casual apology, but his remark about not being their only order was quite frustrating. I understood that, but I was already over ten minutes late for my pickup and just wanted some clarity. The staff seemed unable to read the printed receipt correctly, and it was obvious that they needed better training in basic customer service. There’s no reason to speak down to customers, especially when the issue was on their side. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be going back.
Not sure what's all the dislikes but the pizza was delicious!! I went for the contactless pick up and it worked perfectly. Please remember to tip since they go out of their way for this. BTW I got the veggie pan pizza and it's good as always
I opted for contactless delivery, but the delivery person still knocked on my door and asked me to sign the receipt. When I inquired about it, their response was simply, "Whatever, man."

The pizza used to be good a long time ago. This location was empty even before COVID. The staff were nice, but they seemed a bit irritated by everything.
Ordered pizza via the app got it Stone Cold cheese stuck to the top of the box. And it took an hour and 45 minutes to get here
Manager provided credit due to a pizza issue. Used the credit today and everything was as I know is Pizza Hut guarantees.
Our order never showed up. Called 1 hour later and they couldn't find it. 40 minutes after 2nd order, still not here.
