No one wore masks.A worker was smoking right outside the to go window door wuth it cracked.Facility looked dirty.The manager was leaning his torso onto the food window without a mask or gloves. Everyone seemed to be hanging out. I only saw the shorter female with the black mask working.Ordered something for pick up 40 minutes before getting there and waited about 10 minutes behind a car to find out they never even made it. I waited because I was told it was almost done to be told again they forgot a portion of my two pizza and breadstick order and it would be another 10ish minute wait. I asked for a refund. I had to bang on the window multiple times while (I counted) 6 people walked around....
This restaurant in Cherokee has the best pizza I've tried so far. I haven't always been a big fan of Pizza Hut, but when I have a craving for pizza in Cherokee, the options are limited. They have a salad bar available, but you order your pizza. I have been here twice and both times the salad bar was clean and well stocked with fresh lettuce, offering plenty of choices. The pizza, while it is franchise pizza, is not bad. The service is excellent - friendly and attentive. My glass was always kept full and the place is clean. It is a shame that you can't enjoy a beer in Cherokee outside of the casino, as this restaurant would be a great place to do so.
I want to thank Brian and Hope for quickly providing me with a food credit for my previous experience. This truly demonstrates teamwork. Instead of ordering takeout, we decided to dine in and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Brut, was exceptional and even provided us with helpful information about reservations. I give him 5 stars alone! Thank you for filling my belly with delicious hot fresh pizza!
It was a late night during a snow storm. We were out of town staying in a hotel and had been at an event. Google said a restaurant next to the hotel was open so we headed that direction just to find out it had closed for snow. Not knowing what to do we asked the front desk and they said try Pizza Hut. The food came in 25 minutes. It was delicious and saved the day. Thank you to these excellent folks!!

This restaurant offered affordable prices, excellent service, and delicious food. Our overall experience was very positive. The location is surrounded by beautiful scenery, near Whittier and Cherokee, and close to all the area's attractions. If you enjoy pizza, Pizza Hut is a reliable option. Who doesn't love pizza, after all?
I called the restaurant in the hotel to request serviettes, but not only did they not have any, they also did not have any paprika or cheese packets. The pizza was dry and cold, and for $25 I expected better. I don't think asking for serviettes should be a problem. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Absolutely delicious and there’s nothing I can say except excellent service from the young man who was our server. The place was fixed up nice and clean. See my pics. Make sure you tip your server because this is their wages! Will return when in Beautiful Cherokee.
The whole process of ordering and picking up was smooth and quick. The customer service was great and the food hot and delicious. I ordered pizza, cheesesticks and wings.

The food was delicious. My kids really enjoyed the service (there are 5 of them) and in general it was a really good meal. Quick food. Good service. highly recommend.
