It's time for Pizza Hut in Taylor to discontinue using DoorDash. I ordered a pizza at 6:15 for delivery at 6:30, but when I called at 6:40 I was told the driver had just left. After calling back 20 minutes later, I was informed that they didn't know where the driver was. I ended up driving through town for dinner and saw the driver in the parking lot with the car running. I called again and received a refund. The service, delivery, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1. The price per person was $50-100. Recommended dishes include the Pepperoni Pizza and Breadsticks.
I love this restaurant. My family and I have been dining here for years. We usually come for dinner and it costs around $20-30 per person. The food is always fantastic, I would rate it a 5. The service is top-notch, also a 5. The atmosphere is great as well, I would give it a 5 too. I highly recommend trying the Pepperoni Pizza, it's one of our favorite dishes.
This is the second time this has happened. I ordered online for a specific time for delivery and suddenly they didn't have any drivers, so I never received my pizza. If I could rate this restaurant, I would give it a zero!
