We have visited numerous Pizza Hut locations over the years, and I have to say that this specific Pizza Hut is outstanding. The food is delicious and the ambiance is enjoyable. Our server, Gwen, is fantastic. She has a wonderful personality, is very friendly, and excels at her job. Thank you, Gwen, for consistently making our family's dining experience wonderful whenever we visit.
Nothing ever turns out the way you order it. Before giving food to customers maybe tell them you don’t have said items and let them choose something else or leave instead of bringing them something they don’t want and expecting them to still pay for it.
I really enjoyed my experience at the Rensselaer Pizza Hut! Although there were a few minor issues, it felt like the classic Pizza Hut I remember.

This location has messed up 3 out of the last 4 orders for me...currently sitting in parking lot waiting on them to remake the pizza.
Only 1 waitress, but she was wonderful, held herself together, great service even as the dining room quickly filled to capacity !!
Better than I remember Pizza Hut being in a long time. The food came out piping hot, and the service was great.
