This restaurant is family-owned, but unfortunately, it exhibits racist behavior towards Black individuals. They have been known to spread false information about Black patrons and even have them fired. The owner's wife brings her husband to the restaurant, seemingly expecting him to confront someone. The manager allows inappropriate behavior to take place and lets family members of the owners get away with things. Their relatives seem to earn more by taking tips and orders meant for other staff. The atmosphere is unwelcoming for Black customers, and many employees have remarked on the owner's discriminatory behavior. The Pizza Hut in Glendale is fantastic, and having its own parking lot is a definite plus. I used to work there as a delivery driver from October to December 2019, which was my first and only job. Unfortunately, my time there was cut short because I was traveling to the Philippines, and the new manager, Isaac, didn’t reinstate my leave request after the previous manager, Juan, had approved it before he took a new job. I also made some good friends while working there, including Manny and Janis, the assistant manager. I hope to stop by soon to say hi and order some food. Now, I work at the rival Domino’s in Pasadena as a delivery driver since August 5, 2021.
I ordered online this past week and attempted to redeem points for an order of their wings. On arriving at the store to pick up my order, I realized I was still being charged for the wings (as well as having the points deducted). They told me that there was nothing they could do about the price and, with my family waiting on dinner, I reluctantly paid. Contacting customer support online seemed to do nothing except get me a canned we 're sorry and we 're forwarding your message response.I 'm really disappointed and I guess we 're looking for a new pizza place.
The pizza that arrived was cold and lacked flavor. The pasta was also cold and overcooked. The cheesy bread and breadsticks were tough and inedible. As for parking, I can't comment on that since we had our food delivered.

If you place your order online, make sure to call and read it to the store manager. Because they get it all wrong. Although you specifically put special instructions they will ignore them.
They will always be the best Pizza from the big chain pizza places. Not perfect every order, but good enough for me to order from them for many years.
