Honestly I rather not even give any stars if I had the option.I placed an order through DoorDash for a meat lover pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi, I received a Hawaiian pizza and just my luck ofcourse I’m allergic to pineapples. Me and my husband called up the store and they put us with the manager Xavier which his title should not even be to manage because he is just awful. We explained the problem and he stated the only thing he could do is offer 20% to my next order. He was not able to send out a driver to my location because it was not within the distance of the store. My experience at Pizza Hut has been utterly disappointing. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, my order was canceled without a single word of apology or explanation. Not only that, but the coupons I had for free items are now marked as used, which is a complete injustice. When we tried to contact customer service, they treated us with a total lack of respect, hanging up on us without allowing us to voice our complaints. This experience has been an absolute disaster, and it makes me reconsider if I'll ever order from Pizza Hut again. #Unsatisfied #TerribleService
I'm old enough to remember what Pizza Hut's pizza used to taste like. Now, when I eat the pizza I feel like I'm eating something that I can't really taste. But in order to live a fulfilling life you have to discover new and exciting things, or hold on tightly to what you already know and love.
