Why would you not give napkins? No packets of red pepper or cheese available. You must buy a container, they are $1 each. I miss the packet days. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I went in to get a pizza on Saturday, March 31st at exactly 11:55 pm. The large lady with black hair and white skin at the door was very rude, telling me in a harsh way that they close at 12 pm and wouldn't take any more orders, even if they were placed before closing. I left empty-handed because my phone showed it was only 11:55 pm, but they insisted it was already midnight.
I recently ordered a meat lover's pizza from the Pizza Hut on 78th street, and I will not be ordering from them again. The pizza was barely cooked, so I ended up throwing it away. It seemed as though the delivery person had eaten some of it on the way to my house. This was a completely new experience for me, and I won't be returning to Pizza Hut again.
The staff member opened the pizzas for me and requested that I inspect the two large pizzas thoroughly. They were flawless, and I am grateful for the excellent service.
