I went out with my two young children for the first time by myself, which is something I usually struggle with due to my mental health. I was greeted warmly and offered constant support by the four lovely ladies working at the restaurant. They made us feel special with their assistance and genuine care. They even helped us book a taxi at the end of our meal to ensure we got home safely. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful customer service we received. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the portion sizes were generous. The ice cream with sprinkles was a hit with my son, and I appreciated the affordable kids' meals. I dined at this restaurant on Saturday evening with some friends. The service was good. We were informed that only credit cards were accepted and each table had a barcode to order and pay through your phone. The staff made sure we were comfortable with this process and offered to take our order the traditional way if we preferred. I tried the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, which was enjoyable. The dough in the stuffed crust was excellent, although there was less cheese in the crust compared to previous visits. Additionally, there seemed to be fewer pepperoni slices on the pizza than before. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with attentive service.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Their prices are unjustified, and the lack of service was frustrating as it was an app-based restaurant. The food was subpar and overpriced, with a 9" pizza, fries, and a small drink costing £20. The staff seemed disinterested and even had the audacity to ask for a service tip. The atmosphere was uninviting, with sticky tables and a poorly maintained salad bar. I decided to skip the salad after seeing brown lettuce. Looking across the street at Nando's, which was busy but honest about its prices, I regretted choosing this restaurant. I will not be returning to any Pizza Hut in the future.
Used to come here all the time…then they had staff,there was banter,atmosphere and you could get peoples attention.Now we had to order via the app,pay online and wait. We had the buffet.We had a long wait or food to come out or ‘rotation’ as it’s known now..People waited for a hit and miss selection of food which was a pain as there was a scrum every time it appeared…the salad bar wasn’t up to scratch either.Tables left uncleared, just awful..and expensive £20+ for a pizza…c’mon! The app asked if I’d like to leave a tip before any of that happened…no way!

I arrived to order a takeaway but was stunned at how busy it was. Everybody was busy but the lady taking an order by phone smiled and mouthed I'll b e with you in a minute. As soon as the phone call finished she came and took my order. Despite being so busy I didn't have to wait any longer than usual and everything was done to its usual high standard. A fine example of multi-tasking and team work.
I have to say I don't always review places but Rabeena's attention to detail with her customer service skills were outstanding. She anticipated our every need and had such a down to earth manner she was amazing. It made the experience all the more relaxing. The food was lovely never had a bad meal there
Currently in the area for a family reunion , dined here tonight , had to write a review about our server Rabeena , Very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for her , had to be the best server we have ever experienced hope her managers appreciate what a fantastic employee Rabeena is,
So I'm not the biggest fan of pizza but my son wanted to go for his birthday with 4 friends. To he fair the kids meal was OK but the buffet was awful! The pizza was dried up and tasteless. The pasta... you would not have the nerve to feed to your dog! Come on pizza hut, raise your standards!

Appalling bad st at the table an hour waiting for my order.when I questioned it the manager told me it was a 60min wait.the tskewsy delivery men Were no waiting an hour. Would.never go back pizza express service is so.much better.staff were not aware there was a 60min wait Derek russell
