Sent our niece here for a mini 11+ exams celebration. It was my first time so I was excited. At the entrance we were told that they do not take any cash so we could only use card. I didn't think that was inclusive at all and we were only lucky to have a card with us because we did come prepared with cash. The service was a little slow. It did feel like a 25-30 minute wait for food after we ordered on our phones. The kids finished their entire activity booklet before the meals came so it was a while!The salad didn't have great dressing options too. The pizza tasted ok but didn't finish my salad. The kids did enjoy the bottomless ice cream for sure. It works, just not sure if I'll visit again...

Who doesn't love pizza, right? Now, vegans can enjoy Pizza Hut with Violife cheese for just a pound extra! Not bad, if you ask me! I usually go for the American pan crust with just a Margherita pizza, as I think you get a lot more that way! The salad is also really good, and we can even have bacon bits! I've always had excellent service here; however, I do feel that Pizza Hut is quite overpriced. But if everyone else wants to go, I’ll join in!
The restaurant was almost empty, yet the server tried her best to make us feel hurried, frequently hovering around our table to check if we had no plates left, etc. Although she wasn't rude, she had a vibe that suggested she didn't want to be there, which my entire family noticed. The food and drinks were absolutely delightful, and placing our order was a breeze. Our waiter, Muhammad, was cheerful, very patient, and a joy to be around.
