The atmosphere was lacking during my visit, as there were no other diners and most orders were for takeout. The phone kept ringing with one call after another. However, the food was excellent! We ordered the thin fold-over pizza with pepperoni, and it was far superior to the Domino's in Jennings. We also tried the cheesy pepperoni bread, which was overly buttery and not to my taste, plus they forgot the jalapeños. Overall, Pizza Hut in Jennings is a fantastic spot for pizza, and I really enjoy their Meat Lovers pan pizza too!
We ordered 2 orders of gourmet cheese sticks: garlic parmesan and bacon pepperoni to start. The main course was a large deep dish pan Meatlovers pizza. Dessert was chocolate doughnut bites. I placed an order by telephone. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee left me standing there for an unreasonable length of time while she fixed an entire pizza and had started on fixing several bowls of food. When I mentioned I was there for a pickup because I didn’t think she noticed me, your employee aggressively yelled at me that I would have wait!!!! This was disrespectful and embarrassing to me and in front of another person. This is not acceptable behavior. I am not her child!!!
Shout out to the young man working on 11/21/23 at 11:15 am. I ordered pizza for p/u and my Mom arrived early and was sitting in her car waiting to go in. He came out to ask if she was waiting for pizza. Told her they were coming out the oven right now. He would go slice them and bring them out to her. Thank you for the great customer service. And the pizzas were great too.

Used the Tuesday BOGO offer thru their app. Ordered 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings each, no specialty pizza nor stuffed crust. Each pizza was menu priced at $19.13 BUT DISCOUNT WAS ONLY $13.XX! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!Parking: No issues, plenty of space close to business.
Pizza was ready when I got there. I didn't even have to say my name. They handed it right to me. Pizza was made perfectly. Cheese sticks were great.
Only issue we had is when we tried to use the app to order. Went in instead pizza was great and staff was excellent
