These details are important to me because I’m very selective about where I spend my hard-earned money. I appreciated how patiently the staff handled customers, even with the delays. They worked hard to be as efficient as possible. I felt it was important to share my positive experience! I hope management provides more support to the team, and I want to give a big thank you to those who served us with a smile and brought out the delicious stuffed crust pizzaninis. I placed an order for a pizza at 2:45 PM, but by 4:00 PM it still hadn’t arrived. When I called to check on it, I was promptly put on hold. I ended up listening to the woman on the line chatting with someone else for 10 minutes, completely disregarding my situation. When she finally returned, she informed me that the DoorDash delivery was still waiting for a driver. Had I known this, I would have ordered directly through DoorDash to receive my pizza faster and fresher.
The pizza I received was thin, dry, and cold. There was barely any cheese, the pepperonis were overcooked, and I couldn't find any bacon at all. I used to think Pizza Hut's pizza had too much dough and cheese for my taste, but at this point, I'd happily choose their doughy pizza over this. And paying $55 for 12 cheese sticks and a large pizza? I’ll be sticking with Domino’s, thank you very much.
I ordered carryout pizza from the Pizza Hut in Edgewood, and it took an hour and 15 minutes for my order to arrive. When it finally got here via DoorDash, the pizza was cold and dried out. The customer service was terrible; I couldn't reach any management for assistance. Overall, it was very disappointing. I recommend checking out the Pizza Hut in Havre de Grace instead; they are much better. Book a table now
I didn’t place the delivery order myself—it was for my neighbors! While the food is good, I’m not impressed with the time and effort needed to deal with the parking restrictions stated in the landowner’s contract (Sunday, 4:05 PM, March 10, 2019). How this will be resolved remains unclear.
When my pizza arrived, it was completely wrong. Instead of the thin crust with honey sriracha sauce that I had ordered, I got a pan pizza topped with marinara sauce. I reached out to the restaurant, and they promptly sent a replacement.

"The staff is very personal and welcoming. The food is delicious. I had the ginger pineapple chicken with rice and peas, cabbage tart. Hubby had the Rasta Pasta and really liked it. We're sorry we didn't find this place earlier."
