I was really let down by my recent visit. The crust of the pan pizza has changed, and the taste isn’t as good as it used to be. Something seems off. There were noticeably fewer toppings—around two-thirds of the pizza had hardly any meat. After this experience, I've decided not to order from Pizza Hut again. I’m not looking for a rebate or a refund; I just want to share my thoughts. This has happened twice in a row now, and it's truly unfortunate and disappointing. It feels like I’m paying more for a lower-quality pizza.
This place is terrible! I ordered online and received my order with hair in the food—disgusting. I was given credit for it, but when I tried to use part of that credit a few days later, I was told it had to be used all at once, something I wasn’t informed about initially. Then, when my son ordered delivery, his pizza was cold and items were missing. I’ll definitely be going to a different Pizza Hut from now on because this location is just not acceptable!
They don't uphold their agreements. When I joined, they promised I would receive a drink on my birthday. I visited them every week and never received a voucher, even after calling to check on it, only to be told I would get it by the end of the month. That was five months ago, and I've still received nothing. I won't be returning to this establishment, and I would advise other consumers to stay away as well.
Absolutely terrible experience. If negative stars were possible, that’s what this place would get. I wanted to try the Edge Pizza, but this location decided to stop offering it. I ordered two other pizzas instead, but they were so bad we ended up throwing them away and made a sandwich instead. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! $43 wasted, and honestly, that’s where the pizza belonged—in the trash.

I’m confused about how the Landstar and Osceola location doesn’t have Alfredo sauce available and doesn’t even know when it will be back in stock. Additionally, I ordered a $10 gluten-free pizza that was so small it looked like a personal pan pizza. It seems like things have really changed!
I decided to order from this Pizza Hut due to its 4.6 rating, but I was quite let down by the pizza. The sauce was almost nonexistent, the cheese lacked flavor, and the crust was a bit undercooked and too doughy. I wouldn't recommend this location over Papa John's or Domino's.
I wasn't satisfied with the pizza; it seemed like there wasn't much effort put into it. The cheese was all piled on one side, and one of the pieces was either sliced off or broken, which made it look unappetizing.
The service is prompt, and they even contact you to confirm any special requests on your online order. The food is of good quality.

The cinnamon sticks were quite cold and stale, as if they had been left out for some time.
The large cheese and Hawaiian pizza was burnt and dry—completely awful!
