It was packed and the salad bar looked unclean and messy. I had a pizza, ate the first slice, went to get the second one and there was a giant greasy hair stuck to the pan under the slice I ate and the remaining pizza. I was sickened. The guy said he would refund it all as I sat there whilst my husband ate his. They should have taken his away too so that we could eat together but I was satisfied they were refunding us because of the experience. I find a fee days later they just refunded mine. I complained but they wouldn't do anything. Dirty smelly and with incompetent staff!
Desperate for something to eat with two elderly ladies one of which was on a mobility scooter we struggled to find a restaurant in the area with disability access. Good old Pizza Hut! The staff were pushed to say the least! But we were welcomed with warmth A decent pizza a glass of wine we could ask for no more Left overs boxed up and eaten on the way home the next day in the car were just as tasty Mary thanks well done! Shame on you all the pubs in Rose St, Bella Italia and All Bar One!
My children wanted to go to Pizza Huy so we went yesterday to the Pizza Hut at Hanover Street Edinburgh. First we stood for 20 mins waiting to be seated and was greeted by a rude man approx early 20’s no manners. Then when we were seated decide to have the buffet at £14.99 per person and there was four of us. There was hardly anything out service was slow and pizza tasted awful. When we got home at night all four of us felt ill we won’t be back. It’s not the cleanest either.
If I could leave zero star I would do so. Quality of food is disgusting. Salad bar with no edible options (some raw onions, mayo salads and cheap nachos to pick from). This food couldn't justify even the lowest prices. When you scan your order to pay online it is not allowed to continue to checkout without leaving even 5% tip. I always leave tip, I just find it totally rude to be forced to leave tip. Avoid at any cost!!!!

Me and my partner went in for lunch today we had the buffet which costs us £40 you could eat as much pizza as you wanted .. have as much salad as you wanted ... unlimited refills on drinks and ice cream factory unlimited... good selection of pizzas and pasta which was yummy.. staff very friendly smiley and always up for a chat! Had a fab experience TIP IF GOING : DONT ACCEPT CASH.. CARD ONLY PAY AT TABLE WITH A QR CODE
They have one staff member who is highly disrespectful and Mis behave with family people. He is racist and abused my family today in reply to a very polite question. I am going to take legal action against this harassment to my family against Pizza Hut Avoid this place as staff is highly inefficient and can’t manage huge crowd
When you’ve spent the day traipsing up and down a new city with a group of kids… a Pizza Hut can quickly turn into a happy pit stop and certainly keeps the kids and teenagers satisfied! It’s the standard formula food and salad bar but the staff are nice and welcoming towards children and the atmosphere is relaxed. Thanks
Plenty of food available on the salad bar and buffet, clean. Dined at 2pm and fresh food was on the buffet. Pleasant staff. Easy mobile ordering. Only cost £8.99 for buffet food as we dined in the week which was very good plus a drink on top. Extremely happy.

As you'd expect really. Good pizza, comfortable layout. Really not a fan of card online and ordering it online from table though,.nothing technically wrong with it but sometimes you have cash not card. Quiet and enjoyable non the less.
Nice staff but pizza had little or no cheese. Apparently head office have cut amount of cheese. Real shame
