Met by a rude manager on arrival. Told I MUST pay via the app at the table ! I don 't want to use the app , I don 't have a smart phone. After some discussion she said 'well I could pay via card at the till if I need to ' I found her manner very unwelcoming. Shown to our table sat down. Manager walked off without saying anything. As it was a buffet we got up to help ourselves to be stopped in my tracks by the manager who bellowed at me 'have you paid? ' err paid ? I 've not eaten anything yet ! The experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful, leading us to walk out. The atmosphere felt dirty and unkempt, making it difficult to even consider eating there. To add to the disappointment, the restroom was located in an unused area upstairs, where my daughter had to go alone. When I went to wait for her, a staff member accused me of acting suspiciously by standing upstairs. Additionally, customers were required to order their own food through the restaurant's website, diminishing the purpose of dining out where customer service is key. Pizza Hut has become so impersonal with the new cashless app ordering system. There was no need for staff to even really be there as I used the buffet and did everything myself. Pre paying through the app and asking for a tip before I’ve even had my meal is disgusting. The salad bowls are so small it’s ridiculous. You can only fit a couple of cucumber slices each time you go up. The bottomless drinks are sugar free only and just one glass of regular drink is the same price as the bottomless ones. It’s just not value for money any more. Didn’t enjoy the experience at all and won’t be returning in a hurry. We are not a cashless society so stop forcing it on us. It will be to your detriment.
The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, explaining how to order from our table in detail. They promptly seated us at a nice table. We decided to go with the buffet option for lunch, and my grandson really enjoyed it. I opted for a variety of delicious salads with a couple slices of fresh pizza. The food was tasty and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised to see Robinsons squash available at the soft drink station. Overall, we had a great experience at the restaurant.

I dined at Pizza Hut this evening. The pizza was smothered in too much tomato sauce and the cheese was not real mozzarella. I ordered the pepperoni feast pizza, which only had 8 pieces of pepperoni on it. The onion rings I ordered as a side were dry and did not have any real onion flavor. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this location again. This was at the Chesterfield Pizza Hut.
We had a family meal here with a toddler. Once we worked out the ordering via a QR code, which took a few minutes, we were away! Good food, with the salad bar back which was brilliant! Pizza quick and really tasty and the staff so helpful and around whenever you needed them. The slightly older lady was so lovely to my grandson and coukdnt have helped more! We were so happy to be back at The Hut!
I went there with my grand DOUGHTER Never again grumpy manager was so rude my son Come to pick us up she did not let hım join our table and ask hım not sit wait standing and when he aşk her name to complain she did not give her name and push hım out restaurant front of his DOUGHTER she stressed out cry all Day staff iş good other than rude manager
We went for a family pre cinema meal, the tables and chairs were sticky, the decor worn, cardboard boxes out on display (not pizza boxes big large packing type boxes) it smelt greasy, bathroom schedule not filled in … so didn’t know if they were checked. It felt so worn and grimy. Pizza was good and the staff were very friendly.

While we were eating the pizzas we found a hair strand in pizza’s cheese layer we would have inhabited it had it only been in one of our pizzas but we found another hair in another pizza we ordered. We went and called Pizza Hut and they said they can’t do anything since there was less that 8 slices of the 10
