After waiting 40 minutes for the wrong order—this is at least the third time this has happened—I’m really fed up with this place. They never answer the phone and their customer service is rude. Our delivery driver was great, but that doesn’t help us or the drivers when no one will pick up to fix our two pizzas, which are nowhere near what we ordered. My son is frustrated because he can't eat his pizza, and my husband is upset after the long wait. It’s been over an hour and 20 minutes since we placed our order, and I’m still waiting. Twenty minutes later, my other pizza and Cinnabon were finally made, but they were cold. I never received any offer to rectify the situation or any form of compensation. Instead, it felt like we were being blamed for the dropped pizza, even though it was clear that someone else mishandled it. The staff seemed unaware of what size the dropped pizza was supposed to be, and they didn’t take responsibility for the mistake. It was frustrating, and I found the overall service lacking. I'm really looking forward to the other pizzeria opening at 151 and Blackbob because I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
I don’t know who would rate this place any lower than a 5 star. They are always fast, efficient, and friendly! I had an issue with the app ordering today and the entire team including the manager worked together to get it resolved and everyone was so kind! Pizza is delicious and kids are happy. Win/win!
the guide ordered. I came to the time when it said my pizza would be ready, it was not. waited 30 minutes more and finally fed it. Usually they checked it, bur got the wrong pizza and wings when I came home. definitely not back. Book a table now
I was in the mood for pizza, but the elderly gentleman at the front gave me a really unsettling stare, almost as if I was just a piece of meat. It was quite uncomfortable.
I have never had anything but positive experiences here and it's always been because of the staff. They've always gone above and beyond and tonight was no exception.
On time carry out and good pizza! Not the best pizza you can get, but definitely what I expected and good value.
