Pizza Hut - Table reservation

I ordered a pizza by phone. One hour and 13 minutes later, I called to check the status. I spoke to a cashier who told me that the person who took my order has forgotten to tell me that the card has not passed. I asked why she didn't call back or confirmed the card numbers and was said to forget the number....? I asked to talk to a manager who informed me that there was no order I agreed to and informed her, so a call. I reminded her that once a week I ordered pizza for my family and they always called back when they run too late or something else. She talked about me and asked what I wanted to order. I frequently call this Pizza Hut to send Pizza and pasta to my daughter and her family near that store. It is always hot and fresh and in excellent condition. My daughter and her family are always very pleased and love the quality. I always call the manager and tell them how pleased I am with their service and I would like to pass this along to corporate or anyone that can give any kind of accommodation to the store and its crew for the wonderful job that they do.

This is not a real sit down pizza hat and should not be advertised as such. They have 4 tables each with 4 chairs, so that only in bottles, paper sheets and food come in pull-out boxes. By the way, food was quickly prepared and good quality. If you order from here, you simply know what to expect in.

The staff is my favorite. I don't know any of them personally, but they are always kind to me and my family; more than any other pizza place on this strip. I never had an order.

Understated. An employee forgot to fire my pizza (at lunchtime) and I had to wait. Great customer service, but bad operations. Only person working on Wednesday at 1130.
