I ordered 3 pizzas and wings online on Christmas Eve for pick up. Because, they had just opened a new ?Carrie Out/Delivery? location in my area I called them to make sure which location I needed to go to in order to pick up the pizza and they told me the new location. I get to the new location and they can?t find my order so they sent me to the restaurant. So, I drove to the restaurant and waited to get my pizza. The wings were not on the order and when the girl showed me the pizzas one of them was was wrong. At this point I am very frustrated with this entire situation. The girl said I wait 30 minutes and they can make another one. I said no!! I need to get home, but I need all of the pizza...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to how my concerns were addressed. When I mentioned an issue, the manager became overly defensive rather than taking the time to resolve my problem, which made me feel mistreated overall. On a positive note, the delivery driver was excellent and did an outstanding job. However, the manager's attitude left a bad impression on me. I had originally chosen this place to avoid the issues I experienced with Domino's, but after this visit, I've changed my mind. I ordered two meals from Casual Wings but only received one. When I reached out to ask about it, the manager reacted with anger, despite my efforts to downplay the situation....
My first time ordering from this pizza hut. I Ordered a thin crust pizza with Creamy Garlic Parmesan sauce however, when pizza arrived I noticed it was very dry and without any sauce. I called the store and spoke to Tristian, who reportedly is themanager, and he very rudely told me, ?the sauce is white, you just can?t see it.? I then told him I was aware the sauce waswhite but I should be able to see and at least taste it, neither of which I was able to do. Tristian, again, very rudely offeredto replace the pizza, stating ?it?ll be an hour to an hour and a half, we are very busy??Needless to say, I opted to have mycard refunded. This pizza place truly deserves a better rating. It seems many reviewers are middle-aged or older, and they often overreact when things don’t go as planned. I even came across a review where someone complained about their order on Christmas Eve! Working on Christmas Eve is tough enough as it is. The only problem I’ve encountered at this restaurant is that they occasionally forget the sauces. While it’s not ideal, it’s understandable—nobody’s perfect. So, if you choose to order from here, just make sure to double-check your order. They are very accommodating when it comes to correcting any mix-ups or missing sauces. The pizza was terrible. In the net offer of 7.99 for large ordered with paprika and mushrooms. Some pieces had not even cheese (3). Small mushroom pieces here and there. One or half a piece per piece of Peperoni. Someone was generous and gave them 2 stars. New building same old pizza.
I ordered a pizza for delivery, but the delivery person left it at the wrong house and was unhelpful in trying to locate it. When I spoke with the manager, he also refused to assist. I wouldn't recommend this location—they’ll take your money, but you might not receive your food.
I called to order two pizzas: one thin crust and one pan style. The thin crust pizza was decent, although it was a bit greasy. However, the pan pizza was undercooked and somewhat raw.
Both pizzas were tasteless, and we left feeling very disappointed. The quality has been declining for some time, and we've decided to stop coming here. Book a table now
