We often order from this location and have never encountered any issues. However, on our latest order, we requested 3 pizzas for delivery but only received 2. When I called the store, the staff had already identified the mistake and quickly remade our missing pizza—sending out two this time for delivery. I'm really grateful for the excellent customer service and will definitely keep ordering from here! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
We sometimes order the dinner box from the Reisterstown Road location. Delivery is always on time, food is hot and the drivers are very friendly. We have always gotten our orders right. The kids love the variety and it's a great deal!
The food is great, the delivery times are good but they’ve got a $5 delivery charge. They’d get 25 x as many orders from us, they’re losing money in the long run having that fee is an idiotic decision.
