DO NOT GET DELIVERY! They do not use their own people anymore, but use Doordash. Doordash is required to deliver but not keep it warm, and they do not have insulation bags. So, if your pizza is not the first pizza delivered, it will be cold. Plus, in the shuffle to get the food out (it was backing up) Hut left off half my order. Doordash-guy asked what I wanted to do and I said I wanted the entire order. He was shocked, but at least he went back and got the missing food (he said hadn't checked the receipt when he picked my order up but it was shoved in weird when he gave me the pizza so I think he knew...was hoping to get outta there before someone noticed).
This Pizza Hut used to be average. They would mostly get the order right about 75% of the time and the delivery drivers were nice and would go out of their way to be helpful including go back for missing items. The problems now is they no longer deliver themselves. Now they have an outside food delivery service delivering for them. The last time I ordered on the Pizza Hut app, I received food through a delivery service. No where on the Pizza Hut App did it say that someone else was delivering, otherwise I would not have ordered. When I received the food, it was squished and not as hot. This is not a good move to outsource it. It also costs more to cystimers
When I ordered the pizza and found out it would be an hour and a half wait to get it, I tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes and someone hung up the phone so I called again. I wanted to cancel the order so I could see how long it would be topick it up. From the time I got the message it was out for delivery, it took an hour to get it and the pizza was cold and hadto be reheated. I probably will NEVER order delivery again from you guys. I do love the pizza though.
So incredibly bad. I ordered a simple wing combo from Wingstreet not even knowing it was Pizza Hut. It took over 2 hours to get here, I received the wrong drink, no fries, and instead of a side of honey bbq, the wings just had honey mustard dumped into the container with them.I wish so bad that I could do more than just leave a bad review. Whoever did this is a complete and total idiot. Do NOT eat here.

they where rude to my 17 year old nephew over the phone not knowing I'm standing beside him listening in on load speaker! if they don't like their job just quit there are a lot of people that need jobs that can be a lot friendlier than the person that who was obviously helping me and my nephew around 5 PM

The pizza had so little cheese that you could see a lot of the dough underneath. This happened on two occasions. After I expressed my concerns, the third time I ordered, the pizza was topped with enough cheese.
I always order for delivery it always arrives in less than 40 minutes still HOT!! Sergio the delivery driver is super nice ???? will keep ordering from this location, thanks!
