Pizza Hut. - Table reservation

the order was delivered over 50 minutes late after the scheduled arrival time in the app. the driver had no idea where he went. when the food finally arrived, the wings were at best warm, and the cist of cinna stix was crushed, and the frosting was completely in the inner of the cist. when I called, the manager offered to deliver me a new job, but continued to tell me that the reason why it was late was because they were short staff and the order was a one-sided and complained that he was content and worked too much. I decided not to have a new order and simply reheated the order to my taste. my dog enjoyed the smashed cinna stix but really. if they want to order pizza hats, they will get it...

The only deal with any real value is gone now (7.99 large carryout). The food isn't worth more than 20$ for 2 large 3 topping pizzas. There are a few good delivery deals but then you have to wait for the delivery, which this store takes way longer than it should, and after the tip the deal is moot.Maybe if the food was better quality and consistently prepared right, then maybe I'd change my mind. There are way to many affordable food places around that have much better quality food for a fair price.

absolutely ridiculous. dial a mauston phone number to order a pizza and they are redirected to a call center in india that has a customer service employee who does not speak English or Spanish and does not know the menu. never again!

I ordered a promo that came with a limo. they forgot the soda and the order was not finished in 15 minutes, pizza was good.

The kids had gotten a free personal pan pizza from school for the books they read at school and home
