I had an unfortunate experience with a recent food delivery. I specified in the notes to deliver the order to the front doors of the store, but the delivery person left the food outside by the door and just walked away. As a result, we didn't receive our food. When I called to inquire, I learned that they had delivered it to a house instead. Fortunately, Wing Street on Boxelder handled our wing order and delivered it directly to our business. After an hour and a half, we finally got the food. Moving forward, I'll be placing all my orders with Wing Street, even if it's not at their location. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was fantastic, and our waitress was wonderful. The breadsticks were the best and freshest I've ever had from a pizza place—so crunchy and buttery, they made my mouth water just talking about them. I ordered personal pan pizzas, and they were cooked to perfection. This has been by far the best experience I've had at a well-known pizza chain in years. Plus, I enjoyed a lovely lunch with my beautiful daughters. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for making our lunch so great!
I ordered a beef taco pizza and received a pizza with the bean sauce and beef on it with nothing else. No tomato, cheddar cheese, or lettuce. Normally I would call back to correct the order but I had called previously for an update on my order when it was already 30 minutes late from the time the phone app said it was out for delivery and I was put on hold during that call. Service was slow and got my order wrong.
All my food was not delivered to me I called back to the store told them they forgot some items they said they would remake them and redeliver them and never did . called the next day all they said they could do was refund me for the money that I spent on the items I didn't get. I would not recommend... the food tasted nasty that I did get anyways

I'm a loyal customer and tried using reward points I had earned for a pepperoni lovers pizza. I have no idea how this is a pepperoni lovers and not a minimal topping. I'll be taking my business elsewhere if this is what rewards points amount to. Wasted too much money over time for this wish 0 stars was an option.
Website is easy. Awesome rewards. They have never eaten my pizza if I was 10 min. late. Can't live without my stuffed crust. They have a garlic crust that's awesome. Nice very hot wings. I've never had bad service there. Always been quick delivery. Friendly staff. Thanks guys!
Food is fine but the service is laughable Waited 20 minutes on a curbside pick up and had to go inside. There was no one to be seen and I finally had to call to get service. It was disappointing.
The service and delivery were outstanding, but I found the pizza crust to be slightly undercooked and softer than I prefer. Nonetheless, I would still highly recommend this restaurant!
