While waiting at Adrian, MI store on 223 I watch an employee go out of he's way to help a customer. An elderly man tried to enter store to place an order and was greeted by a young male employee. I couldn't hear the conversation but I understood the employee was explaining to the man that orders needed to be phoned or made online. Customer wasn't able to do that so your employee instructed him to wait in car and he would help him. The employee returned with paper and pen to take his order. What a nice young man I thought and had to share so others knew of his kind efforts. In recent years, customer service in all service sectors was lacking due to lack of personnel. However, the gentleman who led the register when I picked up my pizza in the USA 223, Adrian, MI location, was by far the most pleasant and professional staff I have been dealing with over the last few years. This young man must be recognized and applauded to be the kind of person who takes care of providing great service.
I always have a great service and the pizza is hot. We locked up our keys in the truck a few weeks ago when we came to the pizza. After a long wait for someone to open our door, we are finally back to find out that they have made new for our trouble. I went back tonight and the same great service from the same guy. Thank you. I think the employees are very good. Love the pizza! They set up the computer when I call that they ask for phone number, act like I'm an old friend. They even call me by name asking if I want my usual. They treat me like family!
