I placed my order around 8:15pm and the email gave me an estimated delivery time of 8:45pm. By 9:15pm, I hadn 't recieved my order or any updates. So I decided to call the store. Someone answered and told me that my order had not left the store yet butwas ready once a driver became available. My order came around 10pm. My order was no longer warm and multiple items were missing(4 sodas). I called the store to let them know my order was incomplete and I was welcome with the response are you sure , whichfrustrated me since I had waited over 2 hours for my dinner to arrive and I throughly had checked my order before calling. 10/17/2022, Monday evening at 6:00pm. Went to the location and ordered a personal pan pizza cheese, 5.61 with tax. The place is all African, and the cook was not wearing gloves as he prepared the pizzas and foods. I waited 1 hour for my food. This isdiscrimination and disgusting food service.This location needs to be closed down in Hyattsville MD.
Usually happy with the service but they seem to get backed up/forget who's standing in front of them. Today my pizza took more than 2x the quoted time. For a personal pan pizza. No staff members seemed to care that I waited for 20min. Not coming back. And this has been my preferred pizza hut for two decades.
Order ready at time given. Cashier was friendly. The inside could use some additional lighting honestly; that definitely takes away from it feeling inviting. Otherwise food was ok, pepperoni?s didn?t really taste fresh and that was quite noticeable.

I had an amazing time at Pizza Hut! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pizza was delivered fresh and piping hot, with minimal wait time after I placed my order. Great job! I will certainly return soon.
I had an awesome time in this place. We liked the extraordinary vibes and the menu. The waiters were super friendly. I?m glad we eventually decided to visit this restaurant.
Delivery is slow, takes about 1h 15mins or so. Pizza had to reheated in oven, wasn't really hot. Other than that cinnamon sticks chocolate chip cookie? was good.

Great customer service went out of way to please. Environment clean with covid precautions in effect. Food was pertect
This place should definitely be shut down for good. I spent $18 and ended up with something that tasted like mud.
