The box lunch with personal pan pizza and a side of wings or fries is a great deal! I got the bbq sauce and chicken with onions on my pizza and 4 honey bbq boneless wings. It was really good! My experience was decent overall. I encountered some difficulties with the app, which resulted in me missing out on my rewards and birthday offer. On the bright side, the pizza was fantastic! It had been a while since my last visit to Pizza Hut, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it even better than I remembered.
They are always friendly and have always had my order ready when the app said it should be. Everything I've ordered from the Edmonton location has been made as ordered and haven't had any problems with them since I decided to give pizza hut another try about a year ago

A lacking of toppings is my biggest complaint. It's mostly bread to make changes to the amount of toppings. I was disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
